Source of essential fatty acids for the maintenance of good health. Helps to support cognitive health and/or brain function.

INGREDIENT PER 1 TABLESPOON (15 mL) :
Linum usitatissimum (Flax Seed Oil)………………………………………………………………….. 15 mL

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENT:
Vitamin E (Mixed Tocopherols concentrate).

RECOMMENDED SERVING:
Adults: Take 1 – 2 tablespoon(s) per day. Shake well before use.

DURATION OF USE:
May be used up to 3 months.

CAUTIONS:
