Account registration is open to Professional Health-Care Practitioners, Health-Care Students, Practitioners' Patients with a patient referral code and Drop-Ship Practitioners (Health-Care Practitioners). Health-Care Practitioners, Health-Care Students will fill out the Doctor's Registration form online. Patients with referral codes will fill out the Patient's Registration form and Drop-Ship Practitioners will fill out the Drop-Ship registration form.

For Drop-Ship Practitioners, we will ship on your behalf to your patients' destination in Canada only. We only drop-ship to Practitioners' Patients with a Canada shipping destination. We charge a nominal handling fee for handling in this case. Drop-Ship orders (orders shipped to other addresses on your behalf) must be placed online using your approved Drop-Ship account.
